Is there a FFTPatcher that controls jp multiplier and/or income?

Are you running an emulated version or an actual PSX copy? Failing that, are you using a PSP game?

Emulated: PEC Cheater, your basic GameShark utility. There are codes for maxing out jobs/JP faster.
PSX: Again, GameShark.
PSP: CWCheat I think it's called, but I believe you need a modded PSP and I am not sure of the codes.

Not quite sure what your talking about right there. Could you be more specific? And I'm talking about PSP, if it makes any difference.

Not sure if the values can be changed using FFTPatcher, but CWCheat might be able to help you out.
