I was reading threads in the Mercenaries section when I came across a link to download an EVTCHR editor.

However, I have no idea how to work the thing, whenever I open the EVTCHR.BIN file with it, nothing seems to happen. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Do I need an extracted palette in the same folder or something?

BATTLE.BIN.
Open and browse your battle.bin and evtchr.bin files.

Gah! I knew it was something obvious!
I guess I assumed that BATTLE.BIN was optional.
