Got this for 15 euros brand new. I would pay thrice that for Team Fortress 2 alone. Hell, 2Fort is worth that much. And yes, I mean the unpatched PS3 version. Add-ons or not, TF2's still addictive as hell.
Dragon Force for Sega Saturn, $12 at a pawn shop.
Quest 64. Not that the game is good but the game looked damaged.
And the shopkeeper actually GIVEN it to me for that reison. (Was probably thinking this was completely unplayable)
But this get even better : The game was working perfectly fine form start to finish.
That game costed about 30-40$ at that time.
best deal was an N64 game I got for 5 bucks brand new, I don't even remember the exact name, but it was a starwars pod racing game
I bought Suikoden II for $20 bucks back in the day at this local video game store I use to go to.
I found Super Metroid for $8 at a flea market.

Mine's Suikoden III and IV, for a dollar each.
edit: I bought my psx FFT for $1 too!
The original FF on the NES for only $2
I got the Zombies Ate My Neighbors cart for the SNES for $5.
Also I have a lot of emulators and stuff... but I guess those are excluded too.
I sold my used copy of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 for 80$ if that counts...
Well, the intention was buying games, but selling counts too, so yeah, good deal.
But why the fuck did you sell it?
because I have like one other friend that also enjoys fighting games, and we don't get the chance to hang out that often anymore, what with us going to different schools and all, and also because I could get 80$ for it
Well, if it's a profit, all the more reason to then. And it's a shame fighters are just gick for online.
