I get an error with TacTezt that I never used to get.
It says "DTE for Open.LZW failed."
But the Open.LZW has nothing I edited and I didn't mess with anything I normally don't edit. I only used QuickEdit and that's it.
I was able to work TacText, now it gets this...
...oh, hey... I just loaded my OLD text file and re-edited to catch up to the bad one.
Sorry to bother you.
Save your work as a .ffttext file, then Open that .fftext file, then finally patch the ISO.
That worked right?
Yea, that's what I did. Though you have to patch it everytime, right?
If you wanna see the text changes in the game, then yes.

Hmm.. you don't have to open the ISO first, too.
just need to have the tactext file, then patch.. hmm..
I'm having this same problem. It should be noted that I'm using the latest FFT Complete patch. Somehow, I think I did something wrong by using the patched ISO as the basis for my edits.
FFT Complete is (was?) having some problems with Tactext. I believe it was being worked on, but they had used a different version of it to work on the patch than we have here or something like that..

Can anyone confirm these statements? In particular, I'd like to know if there's still problems editing FFT: Complete with the latest TacText, and if so, if the "special version" I keep hearing about is going to be released to the public.
