I would recommend waiting for ShiShi to be updated. We rarely did this kind of thing before because there was no good way to do it without hex editing and using very poor programs.

The story's genre would be epic fantasy, where a character, Lazuli, was transferred into another dimension by the use
of mixing "elements" and into the world of Ivalice. Now, he must find the ELEMENTS in the Ivalice world, which are the Lucavi Stones,
and reverse the process to get everything back to normal.
In the game, I'm planning to have a cameo appearance of random characters which were also trapped int the world of ivalice, and will help the main character. Hopefully I can add Zodiac, Zozma, Vanya and more.
I wish I could finish this in time.

However, trapped in the World of Ivalice, bit similar to Chronicles of Kanbabrif where philsov was suck into the game (just the concept I mean). But I'll be looking forward to this ^^

Nope, fortunately, we can import\export Chapter titles easily with ShiShi.
I have tried replacing one.
