i've been noticing that in the custom sprite section, some of the .spr files are 64kb. the regular sprites are only 44kb. the limit cant exceed 44-45kb so i cant view the sprite in shishi... now i dont know if this may be the problem, but it might be the new shishi... i think it's from when you export it as a .spr. i'm not sure. if i'm wrong please correct me. the sprites that have these problems are:
frog
rena
kletian
ramza chapter 4 mercenaries
monica
golagros
tifa
vicks
marche
gevaerd
melodia
magic knight
reno
sephiroth
alternate aliste
female priest with cat ears
elidibs
The smaller sprites are from older shishi's that didn't expand the original sprites.
Maybe we should convert all the older sprites to the new shishi for the sake of compatibility.
but i cant seem to replace in-game sprites due to the larger sizes...
Did you open your iso in the new shishi to expand it?
