Was directed here, anyone able to help me?
It depends on what program you use.
by FFTpatcher and lioneditor(shishi獅子)
Download them in the main site's download section.

First, you must have the ISO, IMG or BIN file for FFT.
So you guys will help me here, but not there, when you could have easily just told me how back there? Wow... Some really picky people here...
How to I extract the palettes, 'cause, aren't they in the game files somewhere? Then I can edit them from there?

Sorry bout that, but that was the SPRITING section. Please be patient with us.
We're trying to help ya.
SHISHI editor can extract the palettes.
Here:
1.) Have the ISO.
2.) Have ShiShi.
3.) Load the PSX\PSP ISO from Shishi.
4.) NOW you can see all the sprites in-game.
5.) Choose a sprite which you want to change the palette.
6.) Choose the desired palette from the drop-down menu.
7.) go to: file > export BMP with current palette*
8.) export it, then import it into that sprite, by: file > import BMP
9.) Patch the ISO. We're done.
*Note that if you import the sprite, all other palettes will be lost.
If you wish to still have the other palettes, you must learn some spriting.
Alternative: (which I think is better)
1.) Open FFTpatcher, then load the ISO.
2.) Once loaded, go to the ENTD tab.
3.) You can find all battles that will take place there.
4.) Choose the desired unit in a battle event, and change its palette from the palette form.
00 - 08 is the palettes.. Try experimenting with them.
5.) Patch the ISO.
If you have any further questions, ask here.
Sorry guys if I mentioned something wrong. I rushed this.
Quote3.) Load the PSX\PSP ISO from Shishi.
It only says .SPR and .SPR2, so how do I get the ISO loaded?
File -> Open ISO.
The newest Shishi has no option to extract the palette as far as I know.
The palette is within the Bitmap you extract anyway.
I don't know if I have the most up-to-date one, but when i try, I go to File > And then there's just Open, I clikc, .SPR, and .SPR2 files are the only ones I can access.
The latest version of FFTPatcher is 0.457. The new shishi comes with it of course.
Have you decided what graphics editor you're gonna use?
OK, so, turns out I didn't have the latest one, but I didn't get an ISO, I have a .ccd file, does this mean I have to go re-torrent and get an ISO instead?
Yes, probably. But it is recommended that you have the original FFT CD.
For the Gfx program, I recommend GraphicsGale, since most of us use that.
I have the original disk, so, I throw it in, and modify, then run it on the Emulator?
That's good.
All you need to do is to download CDmage (from main site) and
convert your CD into an image file (ISO).
So I finally got around to downloading CDMage, and, why can't it pick up anything? I threw in the CD and CDMage only says 'Open' Ok, so I press Open, then I navigate to my CD, and THEN what? What do I click? Or, am I even doing it right?
CDMage only opens cd images, not the disc itself.
In the open file dialogue check your file type setting. CDmage can open a huge butt-load of different types images.
Also, make sure you have version 1.02.1.
