Wondered if this is possible to change your starting members wen you start a new game? For my hack i want to change em to something esle (like monsters or something) is that possible?

you mean the squires and chemists from gariland academy? that's ENTD event 188 in the patcher, just go to the ENTD tab, select that event, and change the units around as you see fit
