So, how many of you enjoy (American) football? Or play / played it for that matter? Say what you're favorite team is, or what position you play / played.
I'm a San Diego man myself. But, living in New York, it's hard to watch some of their games. So when I'm not able to watch them, I watch the Jets, who I'd say is my second favorite team.
I'm a senior in High school and I'm a wide receiver and Corner. Anybody else play?
Favorite team - Pittsburgh Steelers.
I played center for two years in high school then decided that sports where mind numbing and time consuming. I quite to focus on art and video games.
Our starting center is 5 foot 9, 160 pounds =P
I'm 6' 7" and at the time was 220. In two years I only failed three times.
Our center is pretty good actually, but sometimes he just can't hold the blocks because of his size. He can watch the count and stuff great, but his size kills him.
6' 7"?
DP is a giant! =O
EDIT: I'm from Michigan, so... Lions ftw?
Vikings fan over here for sure... never did football because swim season was at the same time. I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs so everyone says I would have made a bomb tight end
VIKINGS FTW
Damn, I guess you would have made quite the TE. I never had a problem with the Vikings, til they took in Favre. BLEH! He needs to retire.
CFL > NFL.
I play the same positions as you.
QuoteFavorite team - Pittsburgh Steelers.
Say it ain't so!!
Oh well, no one's perfect. I'm a Browns fan myself - lived in Ohio for 11 of my first 18 years. It's been a lot easier to cheer on the Buckeyes in recent years, but I'm sticking this one out to the end. I figure the karmic backlash from so many losing years will spawn a string of Cleveland championships in the future.
Like something that happened in my current residence, Boston. Lots of heartbreak and disappointment, then 4 titles in the 5 years I've lived here.
Lions all the way. Because if I keep supporting them, eventually they'll have to win! Then everyone will be all "WHAT?" and I'll be all "I told you so. Nub."
... I can dream.

I have lived in Ohio for ten years. Lived in Wytheville Virginia till I was seven moved to Sparta Kentucky for a year then to Pittsburgh and finally to Mentor Ohio. I have however been a fan of the Steelers since I was five.

I agree

Oh and for the AFC I go for the Ravens... no particular reason for that one though. I have been impressed by the way that team has played for the past few years
Quote from: "Smitson"I play the same positions as you. :(
I could be considered a Broncos fan, but I am more of the Broncos 10+ years a go, same with the Chiefs.
I'm not a huge sports fan anyway.
I am a reluctant Raiders fan. Monday night just about killed me, they need to stop taunting me like that. Get a better QB and get rid of Al Davis and you have CHAMPIONSHIP imo
Chargers FTW

Yeah, Al Davis is an absolute cancer to that organization. And his aging face reminds me of Emperor Palpatine. Sadly, I don't think the similarities end there.

Why might that be, sir?
I was born in Louisiana so obviously my team is the New Orleans Saints. I am glad they are having a great season this year!
I've never played football in school, just with friends, which I was usually wide receiver or quarterback.
Patriots all the way. Anybody see them massacre the Titans last week? I think that was the first time I actually felt BAD for an opposing team. Gotta love the flea-flicker.
I'm a Colts fan...So this year has been one that I've enjoyed so far. ^_^
I grew up in St. Louis so I root for the Rams every once in awhile, but the Colts are my favorite team.
