Right because "Drama" is something we want to bring to the forefront, he was banned for subversive activities, Voldemort called him out on it and Zodiac gave him a five day ban, that's all.

What? No, no! Haha! Not sure what Philsov was talking about... what he did was he voted one way in a poll to go against Voldemort, Zodiac said he was having a bad attitude about it alland banned him, nothing to deal with Philsov to my knowledge.

I recall that poll, I think.  He made a skewed vote because he just wanted to vote against what Voldemort voted for, regardless of what it was.  The whole thing seems rather silly to me, but maybe there was more going on behind the scenes.
