I found some interesting sprites on a Japanese website that a forum member gave me, and I decided to post here.
I think they may provide support to create new sprite or a thing like that.
Hm... The Red mage is fairly nice, maybe too much red. We already have one that I like anyway xD
Yuffie, recognized her almost right off... not enough detail on the sprite for my liking and the portrait looks too adult and less asian-like than you would expect for yuffie.
Minwu is okay, but isn't complete... The portrait kinda looks like they may have just taken it straight from Origins.
It still has a nose, unacceptable!
EDIT: Also, there is some japanese site, I think it was that one, that is notorious for taking our sprites. Their Barret sprite is our sprite except that they made a different horrible portrait for it.
But if you want you can fix it or just make another sprite based on it.
You wanna make us hypocrites? We do our own work... well I guess it wouldn't be bad if we credited them, unlike them who do not credit us in the least and say they made it themselves. They're probably going to do that with Seu's works. Reno, Genesis, Squall, all thems is gunna be pirated by the japanese... My portrait! oh noes!

Besides the fact that its a free source and anyone can use it, but you should at least give credit where credit is due and not pass it off as your own work.

Now that's bad, but if they steal our sprites is for envy, because they can not develop them, who does not guarantee that it was they who created these sprites?

If you're suggesting putting them on our site under their name, yes, I don't see a problem with that. Give credit where credit is due and you can't go wrong.
And use them in FFT?

What thief website are you talking about? Got the address?
For reference's sake here (http://www.ffhacktics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2662) is Miroshi Beshima's Minwu sprite, and here (http://www.ffhacktics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3469&start=60) is Minwu's sprite adapted for Mercenaries (i.e. it includes a custom portrait, seven other palettes, the SPR file, the BMP file, etc).
I'll say that the Red Mage sprite is pretty good, but it kinda looks like Elmdor colored red with a hat...Is it Elmdor with a red hat?! Anyhow, I love seeing custom sprites and portraits, so this was a nice treasure; thanks for the post, Chronos.
I do not have the site that say stealing the sprites, sorry Zodiac, mav I also really like to see different sprites too ^_^

It is kind of funny that you guys are rediscovering this stuff. We have known about it for a long while. The thief japanese site and this one are one and the same. There are alot more sprites on that site then what you have right there. I think the main victim is Zozma's Barret sprite, just took him and gave him a horrible AC portrait.
