So, I'm completely new at spriting. I was bored, and decided to give it a whirl. The one thing I don't get is Shishi sprite editor. It won't open. At all. D: I'm not sure if it's just corrupt or what, but whenever I click on it to open it, I get "Shishi sprite editor has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem...", and I'm not sure if it's just because Windows Vista SUCKS, or if I just fail at life.

help?
You might be missing the NET 2.0 Framework, I suggest you download that from microsoft.
No, I'm not missing it. I've done everything I can think of to get it to work, but I'm out of ideas.
Oh mah darlin oh mah darlin oh mah darlin Clem......
Vista does suck, but that isn't the issue at hand. Try redownloading Shishi reinstall the .NET and get back to us with the results. Also you have to restart your comp before the .NET changes are finalized IIRC.
done, done, and done. Shishi still chooses to taunt me with the "Shishi Sprite Editor has stopped working" window.
Is Shishi in the same folder as it's plugins?
yuuup.
Everything that came with it unzipped?
I am gonna try to recreate the problem so send me the link you DLed from.
I fixed it. :3 One of the plug-ins corrupted, so I just replaced it. Thank you though D: I feel like such a noob now.
Nah, it happens to everyone once in a while.
