Is there a way to recruit Delita with the hack tool?
I usually make him recruitable after the first act. I mean, seriously, he's usually one of my best damage dealers by that point anyway. The way I usually do that is with my FFT savegame editor.

It's called FFTastic. You don't actually 'recruit' him but add him into your save file.

fftpatcher is on the main page download section.
in the entd section, find the zirekile falls battle and enable him joining after the event to lolswordskill your way through the game.
Or you can fftastic him in, as above.

So I just have to fill in the box that says "Join after event"? Is that the only one or are there more boxes I should check?

"join after event" will work fine. The only time it doesn't work is if the unit happens to crystallize/box. Delita's immortal like every other npc, so...
