Whenever I tape FFT with hypercam2 and I watch it its always twice as fast as when I taped it 
. how do I stop that?

Check the 'AVI File' section, it has the rate in frames per second for the recording and the playback. You just have to adjust both to the same number if you want it to play at normal speed, or adjust their ratio to slow the playback down or speed it up.
