Meh the monocle is you to be hard to add in if your aiming for a 16 color if not to make the monocle see through use lighter toned behind it and give it some depth as right now it looks on dimensional.

Looks better and if you want the monocle to not view whats behind it put a shine on the glass.

The color for the monocle rope and the dark hair is way too sharp, you need a transition color.

i agree, and maybe a slight shadow cast by the monacle just below it.. but only a slight one.
