IS there any way you guys will be able to implement an over the internet multiplayer aspect to tactics?

why would you go through the trouble of making it an mmo when the best part is just the fighting? also, is there really enough interest in the game to make it an mmo?

its doable nowadays.

Emulators support netplay, right?

Combine that with the world debug code and you're set.

All you really need is a gameshark utility to import/create characters on the fly.

Can do co-op without world debug (co-op like FF6 co-op), and do 4 on 4 on any map in the game.

I would adour multiplayer, if you need any concept ideas I've helped make the concept of several multiplayers in the following areas:
Characters/Character developement
Plot
Spells/Skills
Battle System
Interaction
and of course the good 'ol CLASSES
