i dont really have access to workout equipment but all im really interested in is arms, abs, and lungs, so here is my plan, any suggestions are much appreciated
1. 100 jumping jacks as fast as possible
30 seconds of rest
2. 50 pushups
3. 50 situps
4. ????
5. PROFIT!!!!
needs cardio!
