Title: Sprite Index for Battle.bin
Post by: AuraDragon on December 05, 2008, 10:42:43 pm
I hope you make good use of this, I nearly lost my sanity to it.

This is the index of Sprite Types and... ya I think that's it, from the battle.bin, make sure you don't try to re-write it.

Simply search the sprite's japanese name:  1 1 0 is Type 2 and 0 0 0 is Type 1, ENJOY!

I just got myself WindHex and decided to start playing with some stuff... right now my new task is to try and create a team of uniques / NPCs, and notice that it'd make my job a lot easier (plenty less ENTD switches and rearrangments) if I could change the sprite type for a few unused slots..

Am I to understand that, coupled with this info and the editor, I can do that..? For example, I'd like to make slot 3A (unused Celia) type 1 instead of type 2, so that I can insert my sprite without funny-looking arms...

?
