So I want to use Pride.xml's "Charge gains unique status effects", only instead of a chance to inflict status, I want it to always inflict status. Can someone explain to me how I would make this change?
I haven't started hex editing yet, but if that's what is required, I'm more than willing to learn. Just not sure where to start.
