The Tactics League just released a new V5 of their mod. Their community is mostly into PvP action and seems to be active The mod is designed for PvP action but it also does work for the single player campaign. I've played Chapter 1 and lots of interesting game changes (throwing daggers, Blue Magic, new abilities, items, and more). PPSSPP version. The clean website has many notes about game changes and balance, plus a Discord link. Very polished.
