I was just wondering if there is any software to mod an apk for android devices.

Not at the moment lad.
If you want to mod better look up for the PSX or PSP versions , although the latter has a lot of issues to mod and less advantages than the PSX.

Thanks, I don't have a PC anymore mine died so I cant mod unless I can do it from my phone that's why I asked. Thanks for answering man.
