Sorry but my English not is very good and I'll try

i can't open COP chapter 3 in psxfin

I followed the instructions but get an error ".cue is not usable" can anybody help me?

This is what the inside of a proper .cue file looks like... just change the filename accordingly.

i do it my friend but now this says

cuebin: NO file found! will atempt to guess format assuming single track
cuebin: unable to guess format

really I do not understand why this happens.....I'm confused
