I couldn't find this info anywhere, but I want to know how to change the names for jobs and items (skillsets and all that too, I assume it would be the same).

I changed the names in all the xml files, but when I patch the ISO, nothing changes.

it's not the XML's you want to edit, it's the program FFTacText!
