Melee units usually rely on 1-2 range melee weapons for damage. Short range abilities like Southern/Grand Cross still count as melee.
Units with ranged weapons or abilities. Crossbows, Bows, Guns are ranged weapons. Wave Fist, Earth Slash, Ninjitsu, Shuriken count as physical ranged abilities.

Really powerful unit. Has Heal and Stigma Magic to cancel a lot of status effects. Has Ranged with Either Wave Fist or Earth Slash. Really great with Casters using Defense Ring and Magic Ring.

You an add in two tons and Yell if you want. I wouldn't recommend yell due to the AI going for Yell over accumulate when he has the space.

18 PA Shuriken = 48 x 4 Damage 16 PA = 42 x 4 15 PA = 40 x 4
Definitely my favorite squire build so far. 10/10 8 SP unit.

Quickening is a must have for undead Monks. They come back faster if given the time and space due to gaining back MP from Chakra.

Disruption units are units that can cripple teams temporarily or permanently. Break and PA/MA/SP for permanent. Sinkhole, Throw Stone and Charm for temporary.

Otherwise he'll use Masamune.

Extremely versatile unit. Works well on absorb teams or with a cursed ring unit.

Who's the first one to make a Healing Staff, Hawk's Eye/Break Squire? I want to add it to the thread, but don't know who to give credit to for the build.
It's a pretty sick Hybrid unit I can't wait to add to the thread and want to see more of.

The only build I see that resembles what you describe are from Otabo's teams (P.P.S. to be specific), but he doesn't have breaks (maybe he removed them after an update). Barren also has something similar in his Mostly Maxed Out Team but he's not a Squire.

That's probably the unit I was thinking about. I remember there being another Two Swords, Healing staff squire in the past, but with Kagesougi over Snipe. Thanks for the help WKW.
