Based solely on what I've seen possible with ALMA 4, I'd say it is likely possible but there isn't anything currently existing that would allow you to do it.

No, because ALMA 4 overcomplicates things. Someone might be able to make a hack to do what you want. I'm basing that assessment off of what I've seen ALMA do. If I were you, I wouldn't use ALMA for anything that could be done some other way.
