I'm pretty sure that's the one. Is that in one of the .bin files?

If you look at the name of the image "frame.jpg" you can deduct that it's from the file FRAME.BIN.

Follow those steps Celdia gave someone awhile back and you should be able to get that same image that Choto has up there in Tile Molester, then edit away!

There's a lot more in Frame.bin than I remember :o
