If you want a superior texture in the game, without disturbing the Omega experience, follow the steps below:
 
Step 0 
Download the files and the PPSSPP emulator from the link:

Step 1
Open the PPSSPP emulator, go to “Settings” and look for the “Developer Tools” option.
and finally apply the V in the “Replace Textures” box

Step 2
Throw the ULUS10297.rar file into the emulator's TEXTURES folder and extract the file from there: 
Go to local disk C and the documents\PPSSPP\PSP\TEXTURES folder

That's it!

If that still doesn't work, download the PPSSPP.rar file and extract its contents into your Documents folder or the folder of your PPSSPP emulator
folder and replace all the files.
