Formation Screen sprites help

is there ANY way that i can make a certain sprite have a certain formation sprite? because already i have to change four of my characters because i cant find them in the unit world face editor.

And while im here, can anyone tell me some good sprites that change that WONT later on cause theses kinda problems?

I'm not really sure i understand your question, since all the units are in the Japanese version of FFTEVGRP that i linked you yesterday
