I made it to dorter 2 without finding that out on my first playthrough.

I learned about job changing after getting owned several times over in dorter 2. Several times I dies because the AIs on Agrias and Gaff are fucked up. 9 times out of 10 they were the ones who killed my guys, or at least fuck the over. BWAHAHAHAHA STASIS SWORD HITS ONE ENEMY AND 3 ALLIES!!!!! Come to think of it, only Agrias. Gaffy was a simpleton who got rushed by ranged attacks of death........

Also I wish I could have experienced that new game smell. It must have been satisfying.

I didn't find out how to unlock ninjas and samurais until my third playthrough, calculaters until fourth or fifth,and mimes until probably my tenth
