Can I change Ramza job in second Battle?

Im new here, i was searching about this, but I cannot find. I am trying change Ramza job in second battle, we start the firt chapter with Delita.
In this battle i would like to be Holy Swordsman - (i know that the game will be easyest then is with Orlandu ). But I would like to know how change, i tryed in FFT, i've changed all Ramza squire for Holy Swordsman, but in first Battle never change... Can someone give me a ligth bout this?
