For some odd reason

I haven't been able to access anything but the forum. I can't chat, cant download the latest CoP, can't access my own FTP nor anyone else's.
What could the reason for this be? I can't figure it out on my end.

Sorry to hear your problems Liji, but here are some basic pointers...


1. If this is recent, have you installed anything recently?

2. Are you using the latest Update for your OS?

3. Try running Firefox in Safe Mode. See if you can visit those broken sites.

4. There's a hosts file somewhere located in your System folders. Look for it and edit it with Notepad. See anything odd there? It should be a fairly empty file. I don't know where this file is located on windows, unfortunately....

5. Download some free spyware scanners and do a thorough scan of your system, if you haven't already.
