if i redirect things like charge elemental throw etc to different movesets will

they work like normal movesets? like choosing which elemental to use or being able to add abilities (like focus) to them and have them work normally?

Nope. You can't mix and match abilities that are only functional in the Throw, Geomancy, Charge, Draw Out and Item (Might be missing one or two), like having Charge +1 and Throw stone wouldn't work, or having Potion and Hell Ivy wouldn't work either.
