Attached is the FrankenPack for Orcs.  I have doubts about their usefulness to FFT or Tethical spriters, but at least they're GPL.

The edges would need to be cleaned up a bit, but the helmet icons aren't bad, i could see some use for them

Its a good find but I think the style is too different. Are there back poses too? Either way though I don't think even the helmets are usable :/

Jon, in the shop and inventory screens, you don't see the back of a helmet.. I wasn't refering to something someone would actually wear. I'm referring to Shop/Inventory Icons

Ah okay, I see. Editing the shop and inventory items is hard (?), last time I tried I was getting this weird stuff in some program that could actually edit the items, anyone know how to do this actually?
