Inserting Ipatix' hq mixer into FFTA

Has anyone tried to do this? The project is here: https://github.com/ipatix/gba-hq-mixer

People have done it to Pokemon Emerald and Mother 3 already for smoother sound from the GBA's sound driver. I want to insert the program to FFTA but need help finding the offsets and pointers.
