Ideally this would include sprites, strings, and statistics like stat growth and AP costs. I do *not* want to edit the information, just to get it all in one place. Google isn't turning much up and I was hoping I could get some guidance here. Where can I find information regarding offsets, data structures, compression algorithms, etc? I'm really hoping I won't have to work it all out by my lonesome. I've got very little experience working with ROMs. Thanks!

Use of ePSXe before 2.0 is highly discouraged. Mednafen, RetroArch, and Duckstation are recommended for playing/testing, pSX is recommended for debugging.
