From what little I saw of the game's graphics, such a thing didn't look like it would be too visible during gameplay. She seems to show them in the official artwork for the game, however. A google image search of the game turns that up rather easily because it is the official artwork.

SOTN is a direct sequel to Rondo of Blood (which was never released over here). If anyone plays SOTN, I highly recommend checking out Rondo as well. It's harder to emulate, but it's worth it.

Also, the English intro for SOTN is pretty awesome/funny:

The 3D remake looks pretty lame. I just don't like the art style, or new character designs. Original was perfect as it was.
