Upon the departure of the gnome, Hogarth slams down her now-empty tankard of ale and wipes froth from her mouth using the back of her mighty hand. "By the frosty eyes of Bullokh!" She bellows, making nearby candlelight flicker, and lurching forward a little. "3 tankards of ale, and I didn't even have to nail someone's hand to a wall!" Leaping up from her seat, she shakes her animal hides, and roars with laughter. "I'm going to take a Highlander in my left hand, a Verunian in my right, and SMASH their heads together!" Sitting down heavily upon her chair, she digs into some more meat provided by the generous host.

Prone to berserker rages common of her tribe, she uses a large battle axe and smaller, other axes for throwing. She refuses all other weapons. She thinks wizards are cowards, due to her low intelligence and lack of social skills. She left Alynthia for having "killed at least one of everything that lives there", looking for other, more exciting things to attack and then possibly eat. Ale, violence, and adventure are what she lives for, as she drifts from day to day.

Combat style: Pig-headed, focused, rushed attacks are her specialty. She will often Charge in to swing her axe, and really only uses her throwing axes when it would either look cool or win a contest for gold.
Religious alignment: She screams the name of her heathen gods to empower her for fight, and to frighten her enemies. She sometimes makes up new, different gods to scream to in case they might exist or the name sounds scarier.

I find this quite humorous, because during my brief stint in Tennessee, I would constantly hear "ya'll urn't from 'round here, are ya?" and "guddum yankees takin' our jobs."

I actually hear this a lot no matter where I go. I have a mix of Vermon' and Inland North, which for some reason my best friend has confused with parts of ebonics. It's a pretty strange sound to most people, and having lived away from my birthplace of Saratoga Springs, NY for 19 years now, I get asked which part of the east I'm from. Apparently, I have a mix of some kind of general seafarer mixed in, but I don't hear it, as most people ask which ocean I grew up next to.

As a side note, I am glad that this thread was posted. I don't hear my own accent often, but it's apparently really obvious, and when I ask others what they think it is, they just rub the back of their necks and say it's a "mish mash" or "hodge-podge" of too many different things.

One last thing. "Plane'arium."

The "Hero" of FFTA forcibly removes himself and his friends, especially one who is crippled in the real world but not in Ivalice, back to the real world for no other reason than he feels it's for the best. He is actually the villain of the story. Sounds pretty twisted and adult to me.

I voted for Safari Alma because it was, imo, the best sprite of the whole lot. It was really terrific, and loved the custom work on it.

This is Alma with the gaseous form job class. It is the best job class. You only do gaseous form. Remember the Black Marble Gallery and when you got poison gas and could kill the Guardians there with impunity? See?

Inspired by a discussion on IRC, ORIGINAL CHARACTER DO NOT STEAL

Do you live near a body of water? If so, check local marinas. They are often looking for deckhands, dockboys, that sorta thing. The pay is usually okayish, but it has tips. Do you work near a busy restaurant? Check out busing tables. Don't even bother with waiting tables. Go straight for busing. Busboys are in high turnover rate this time of the year. Basically anything with tips will get you money -fast-. Dock/Deck work is just more fun and better paying usually. During working, you can look for other work in your field. Right now, you need to patch the money leak -now-. This is the best way I've found.

Also, check a local mall. Sometimes kiosk owners are looking for part time, for cash work so they can go out and party. I did this for awhile too, really helped out when I was down and out. I've even worked for a scam artist for "for cash" pay for two weeks. Check your local ads (does Canada have Craigslist?), check job posting boards, look for anything that says weekly pay or cash pay. Stay tough, man. It's a hard road, but it does get better with perseverance.
