Plans for new sprites, whats everyone working on?

That portrait is a significant improvement. I would hope for maybe a little bit more patch, but it probably isn't neccesary.

it might look odd if i pull back too much hair due to the lack of white shades i have available, but it looks pretty smooth in game.

Work on Rinoa is going Smooth but I have to tell you... Right now her arms look like clubs XD Im working on reducing their size to make them look better.

Arms are really hard to edit. Are you sure there isn't a way for you to do it without changing pixels and just using someone else's arms with a color change instead?

I'm not sure which you would want to use considering what type of sprite it is. But the male monk looks about right, but perhaps too bulky. It might be easier to use the dancer's arms or more so Rafa's too, and just extend the area that their arm bracelets cover.

You might be doing that already, but those are some ideas.

oops i never responded to this when i offered you the violet hellcry punch effect. (entering it in the game is just like entering sprites, but you have to find an effect file big enough to hold it since its one of the larger effects.) i raplaced all of the oracle effects with the temple knights effects because the oracle versions are very large and can hold custom swordskill recolors) ill post it when i get home

Demon Knight... With a sash :P.. im thinking of removing the cape... maybe add wings? xD... zozma... opinions on the colors... improvements maybe?

Interesting idea, mostly I really like how the helm is looking. It seems like there is something a little odd with your red shades.

The baldric is sort of weird.
I refuse to play Final Fantasy Tactics again until I am able to do my FF6 patch! And, FFT 1.3 doesn't technically count as FFT: so there!

I got frustrated at my Demon Knights colors, so im working on my final "MA Based" class for my patch... heres what he looks like so far

Edit: i just realzed he has some major lighting issues when compared to the sprite next to it... ill fix those, dont worry

What is the name of your new sprite again Zozma? The side view definitely looks a little off, no boobs and a weird back. The arms are also inconsistent between angles. But you just started so I'm sure you know, the design itself looks really good. She looks heavily armored though, are you going for that look or are you trying to give her a white jacket?

she has armor and some cloth over the armor, a small jacket if that at all.
(thats why i wanted to try to get a full picture of her so i wouldnt have to base it all off of the sprite but i never found one)

(yeah i haven't fine tuned her bewbs yet either, but her uniform always did make her look kind of like top heavy ish in game but being obviously her uniform and not her body...)

her name is Miang, and shes a villian in Xenogears

and for what im trying to do, the cloth is supposed to be more like a mantle, like olan's sprite for examle if that gives a better picture.
it would be very easy for me at this stage to take off that part and leave the underneath which is the female squire body (testing it, that doesn't look to bad either i just figured id put more effort into her uniform. thats also why theres some white hanging down behind her arm on the side view) but by all means, im trying to make her look attractive too, so any more feedback is appreciated

okay im really torn between what to do, because i already like the look of the sprite, but i want everyone else to enjoy it too soo... do you think i should remove the "mantle' look and just leave the bigger armor pads on the arms? or perhaps even remove that to leave the arms just like the female squire (which is not a bad sprite as it were) the rest of the outfit will remain as thats closer to her xeno sprite.

and @ sentinal, what kind of magician will he be used for ;)?
