Final Fantasy Hacktics

Every time i come back to work on stuff, i cant remember shit. It never fails, its like taking a class for the very first time again. Maybe my IQ is just low 

ive finally completed tweaking the game with fft patcher, i did not mess with the game insanely, i just changed some enemy job classes in a lot of the story mode battles, anyways i made it to dorter trade city and when i start the match one of my sprites from my team is always glitched. i tried several different things and the only one that fixed the problem was only starting the match with 3 players instead of 4 (i dont have a full team currently so my full squad including ramza only consist of 4). so i start the match with only ramza and two of my other characters and the battle seems fine but if i start it with all 4 characters, theres a sprite glitch that unavoidable    . anyone have any ideas?

Sorry if I'm in the wrong section to be posting this question.

I'm trying to figure out how to set up the stat growth on ramza if I want him to be stronger than usual, do I lower the stat multiplier and growth points ? I'm not specifying on hp but all the stats.

Does anyone know if there are any cheats or glitches on the iOS version of tactics? I've been searching everywhere but cannot find anything. If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed that a wizard was not using black magic and only the white magic
When he would attack, he would only use his rod

I had the white magic job unlocked because I assumed they already have their primary jobs unlocked
How can I have it where they use primary and secondary?

I wasnt sure if theres a way I can change the hp stats or other monster stats?
Does anyone know what tool to use?

I know every map is different but I was just wanting to know what's the general amount the game allows or if its specifically based on the map.

I know how to change the battle sprites of characters on shishi, just having trouble where to locate the option of changing the formation Sprites on shishi

I felt the the tutorials on YouTube for using shishisprite seemed really outdated and complicated for me
By any chance, is the new version of shishi easier to use now??? The palette image changes looked tough

Okay so when im using the fftpatcher, im trying to use the item attributes but when I test it in game, it doesn't work, ive done this in the past and it worked but maybe im doing something wrong this time around or something. please help I would appreciate it

Does anyone know if the sprite editors have been updated to change colors or sprites in a more simplistic way? I just don't understand the tutorial :,(
