Hello!

I made changes in FFT:Complete that warrant changes in the "Help" text, but FFTactext return error "DTE for OPEN.LZW failed."

What do I do?

Either a bad character, or you made part of the section too long.

To test, I patched a fresh ROM, opened FFTacText 0.492 and deleted the description for Cure and patched. Still, I got the same error.

Only use tactext .457.

Why would deleting the description for cure have anything to do with the two things i listed above...?

Because deleting isn't a bad character or section too long.

EDIT: used 0.457 to no avail.

Right, deleting isnt either of those things. So trying that instead of actually finding the issue was pointless.
