Title: 1.39 Patch - Proposal Summary

The following is a (mostly) complete list of changes proposed for FFT Arena 1.39. This list is for the purpose of display only. Nothing on this list is final.
Please keep discussion of these and any additional changes confined to the discussion thread (http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=5431.0).
I will attempt to transfer ideas from the discussion thread to this thread once per week.
Buffs are highlighted in green. Nerfs are highlighted in maroon. Neutral changes are highlighted in blue. Disputed/new changes are highlighted in red.
2-Hand and 2-Sword properties are not changed unless otherwise stated.
Summoner Half of MP: Given to Time Mage Titan: 4 Range, 2 AoE, 3 Vert, 5 CT, 35 MP, Dmg_F(MA*10), Earth element, Ignores M-EV, 300 JP Bahamut: 4 Range, 2 AoE, 3 Vert, 6 CT, 40 MP, Dmg_F(MA*12), 300 JP
Thief Bad Tough Luck: 1 Range, 0 AoE, 2 Vert, 3 CT, 6 MP, 33% Add: Death Sentence, Blind, Silence, Stop, Don't Move, Don't Act Heretic: Remove from the game Quickening: Remove from the game
Blind: Increase CT from 0 to 48 Silence: Increase CT from 0 to 48 Oil: Change to only set the "weak" flag Berserk: Increase CT from 0 to 48 Poison: Decrease CT from 96 to 64 Regen: Decrease CT from 96 to 64

Is the weapon proc for the Air Knife going to get fixed as well? Because I remember it suppose to trigger sleep but does blind/silence instead

(Forgive me, Gaignun, but I feel I have to answer Barren's question in here just so other people won't wonder.)
That said, first I just want to say thanks for doing this.
Hmmm...some of these equipment ones are changes I don't remember but are ones that you don't admit to adding either. Weird.
Regardless, I'll formally comment on those and what you posted in the discussion thread later today or some time this week. I'll actually get around to it too since it involves making a pest of myself rather than fulfilling some meaningful obligation.

Air Knife's weapon proc is getting "fixed" by becoming nonexistent since there's no way in Eureka it's getting its proper Sleep proc after seeing what damage it can do now that it's Two Hand compatible. This even after the incoming WP nerf, especially with Oil and Boost: Wind still around.
That thing really, really does not need to add Sleep on top of all the damage it can do, especially if Thief Hat ends up losing Halve: Wind.
