help with lioneditor?

sorry for being such a noob but im kinda confused, ive followed all the instructions on the tutorial for lioneditor but when i get to step 13 i get a message that says "Europe file not found" if i try and change the country i just get the same message with a different country, my game and psp are the european versions and i really am a noob at all of this

while im asking that i might as well ask, what is custom firmware and where do i get it?

youtube custom firmware on psp what it allows you to do is download full games on to your psp it also allows you to play emulators like gba and super nintendo on it,use homebrew apps,and play ANY ps1 game not just the ones on psn.you need it to use lion editor so go get that first good luck if your psp is on 5.03 firm ware i can teach you know prob because it doesnt require a pandora battery but if not then you need a pandora and magic mem stick yourtube can teach you how to make these it may "look" hard but its really easy good luck

also if your psp is really new it might not work for it
