Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello everyone, as the title says, I want to learn how to create an Avatar of myself based on FinalFantasyTactics, I would appreciate the advice and information that could be useful, I am very new to these terms, so I would really appreciate it! !

Dont speak good english and it makes me so hard to understand all topics...

and want know somethings about Spriting, how to do that, etc...
