Changing Clothes to female only .

I can't seem how to find how to do it I have seen something about ALMA but it just seems to be a spreadsheet do I need a hex editor ? Also I only want to make 2 clothes female only but I heard its all or none so could I change for example power sleeve to a robe so males can equip also ?

I have looked at that topic and still don't have a clue do you happen to know the hex address for clothes in a hex editor and what bin  I need to open in the hex editor ? Also I highlighted the area of the worksheet that is about gender equip it won't let me copy or anything. Ok I found you open the SCUS942_21 in the hex editor and went to 4ca7c but which byte do I change for clothes to be female only ? Also maybe it s my excel can someone provide a link ?
