Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello FFH! I have started with some sprite making. Here is a basic edit I made. I am going to update it a little bit with a new portrait and some jacket details.

Right now it's a basic recolor, nothing impressive.

Mind if I ask what sort of concept you go brewing? Is this eventuality going to be
a different person in time or Ramza sporting a new jacket.

In time, a new person. So far I've recolored the jacket, removed the ponytail (On most) and the stripes.

I like this color scheme, but there needs to be more depth. Lighten the lightest shade, darken the darkest shade, etc.

Make it more custom and it could be a nice sprite, use your imagination here.
