FFTA/FFTA2 Hacking / FFTA2 Job Privileges Editing

I'm going to try and modify a couple of the job privileges in FFTA2 to complement my preexisting patches. Does anyone have any special information to share on this subject so I don't have to waste any unnecessary time discovering something that's already been found?

For anyone that is interested in leaving balance suggestions, then here are my intended changes:
1. MP Channeling- mp increase is reduced to 10. All units start at max mp and have no natural mp regen per round.
2. MP Efficiency-permanent spellbound+immunity effect on all allies (this will probably be a massive pain to implement, so I'm open to any change suggestions if you guys can think of anything better)
3. Libra-all allies get their first turn before enemies; aka all enemies get an automatic "delay turn" status effect at the start of the match.

I was thinking that I could do Critical Quicken loops (give every member of the party Critical:Quicken, so that they won't have to eat 4-5 aoes in a row),have 2 units use charms/confuses while all other allies just spam heals, and allow the enemies to kill each other. I'm open to any other ideas.

Can anyone give me some tips for dealing with the Brightmon Tor?

I was doing fine until I got to the watch of the 2nd tower. 4 condemnations in a row followed by an otherworldly wind right at the start of the round was just too much. e.e

Does anyone know how to get through the later fetch missions? (I'm looking at An Earnest Delight in particular)
These missions are impossible to do without dispatches, but even my fully decked out level 50 units always fail. I'm assuming that it's because the level required for the dispatch to be successful is above 50.
