Pixel editing in MSPaint.  All though I'm sure photoshop has a render that could do it faster, but currently my computer with my GraphicsGale and Photoshop has a processor that won't stop over-heating.  So, I'm stuck using my roomates compy.

Have you considered opening up your case and dusting it out. I did that a couple weeks ago and my processor doesn't over heat easily anymore.

I tried that.  I removed the heat sink, dusted it off, cleaned off the old comductive compound, put new conductive compound on, and then put a now clean heat sink back on.  These helped because it doesn't freeze while loading the OS, but it still runs hot before I open any programs, and become nuclear when I run anything somewhat complicated.
