Problem with ALMA 4

This is my problem:

-But in the XML tab appear these symbols, and I can't patch my ISO with FFTorgASM. http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/4774/dibujo3cr.png
What I have to do?

Do you have Macros Enabled?

Do you have the Analysis Toolpak?

If yes to both, which version of Excel are you using?
