Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)

If you expect a girl to go anywhere near them with her mouth I would hope you keep it under control down there. I shave mine personally every once in a while and try to keep it under control. Just trim the rest though and make it look it nice.

I don't shave my balls because I think it's too dangerous. I usually keep everything trimmed, though.

trim is the key.  Shaved and you run the risk of razor burn/ingrown hairs and it gets spikey when it starts to grow back and lemme tell you, ball stubble is uncomfortable for everyone involved.

If you really want them smooth, then wax them shits f'real.

I have only managed to shave the downstairs once without getting irritating stubble and i haven't been able to replicate these results.
