Does PSX FFT1.3 run on PSP?

Hi, i'm new to these forums. I heard about FFT1.3 from a friend and decided to look into it. I can't find a reliable source stating specfically if PSX FFT1.3 will or will not run on PSP. I've checked google and these forums.

I actually tried converting a patched 1.3 PSX file to an eboot and running it on PSP. It took me a whiel to find the right POPs to load but then it always freezes as soon as it's Gafgarion's turn in the very first battle.

1) Is PSX FFT1.3 able to run on a PSP? ( as in, can I play the whole game? )
2) If so, did I patch / convert it wrong?

If it's possible could someone please provide instructions?

If I am not mistaken a few updates ago it lost the ability to play on the PSP due to the extensive hacking that took place.
